1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and related services (the “Site” and “Services”) operated by Wise Insurance Services, LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Wise Coverage (“Wise,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 2. Description of Services

Wise provides insurance products, contracting and appointment support, carrier training, enrollment platform access, marketing support, commission advances for qualified partners, and compliant lead generation services to licensed insurance agencies, agents, and call centers (“Partners”).
We are a licensed Florida insurance agency. Insurance products offered through our partnerships are underwritten by third-party carriers. We do not sell insurance policies directly to individual consumers through this Site. Nothing on the Site constitutes insurance advice, a recommendation, a quote, or a guarantee of coverage, eligibility, appointment, commission, or business results.

3. Eligibility

The Services are intended solely for licensed insurance agencies, producers, and call centers operating in the United States. By using the Site or submitting a partner inquiry, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to act on behalf of your agency, that you and your agents hold all required state licenses and carrier appointments (or will obtain them), and that you will comply with all applicable laws.

4. Partner Inquiries and Information Submitted

When you submit information through forms on the Site (including the “Become a Partner” or similar inquiry forms), you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We may use the information you provide to evaluate partnership opportunities, contact you, and for related business purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Wise makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding lead quality, conversion rates, production volume, commission amounts, advances, appointment success, or any specific business or financial outcomes. Any examples, case studies, or performance figures are illustrative only. Past results are not indicative of future performance.

6. Compliance with Laws

Partners are solely responsible for their own compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to insurance licensing and appointment requirements, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), National Do Not Call Registry rules, state telemarketing laws, advertising standards, and data privacy laws. While Wise strives to provide compliant lead generation and support tools, Partners remain responsible for their marketing, sales, and operational practices.

7. Commercial Terms, Payments, Commissions, and Advances

Any specific commercial arrangements, including commissions, commission advances, fees, lead pricing, or other financial terms, are governed exclusively by separate written producer agreements, partnership agreements, or other contracts entered into between you and Wise or its affiliates. Nothing on the Site creates a binding offer or payment obligation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials on the Site are the property of Wise Insurance Services, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any materials on the Site without our prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data; (c) scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site without permission; (d) interfere with the proper functioning of the Site; or (e) use the Services in a manner that violates the rights of others or applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WISE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO WISE, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wise Insurance Services, LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites or services.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, in our sole discretion.
